- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every account can start 7 days of the Launch plan (12 builds and 150 AI customisations), once, with no card. The week starts when you start it, not when you sign up.
- What is a 3D build?
- Turning a product's photos into an interactive 3D model. It happens once per product, when you add it. Every plan includes a number of builds each month, and unused builds roll over for up to 3 months.
- What is an AI customisation?
- One AI edit a shopper makes on your store: their logo or drawing restyled as embroidery, engraving or print, or your product's own lettering redrawn with their words or colours. Spinning the product, switching colourways, plain printed text and sending a quote are free.
- What happens when I go over my allowance?
- On a paid plan nothing stops and nobody is blocked. An extra build costs that item's own price, $0.60 to $2.93 depending on how many photos and AI steps it needs, and an extra AI customisation costs $0.20 on every plan. Overage is held to a monthly ceiling, 3x your plan fee unless you change it. A free trial stops at its allowance instead.
- What is unlimited?
- Colourways and correction paint, designs and print areas, the one-line embed, the hosted portal, quote requests, and print-ready STL and GLB downloads, on every plan including Colours.
- Do my shoppers pay anything?
- No. Shoppers never pay and never need an account. The AI customisations they use count against your plan.
- Are the MCP server and the API included?
- Yes, on every plan and in the free trial. A coding agent connected to the TisFile MCP server, or your own code calling the API, spends the same allowances as the dashboard.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, in US dollars. You can cancel any time.
- Is there a plan for a large catalogue?
- Enterprise: committed build and customisation volume at a contract rate, invoicing and PO handling, a DPA and an SLA, and a named contact. Write to titus@tisfile.com.
